Heather Gilkey has been a paralegal in Pinellas County for over 20 years and holds a degree in Paralegal Studies from St. Petersburg College.

Heather began working with injured parties and families involved in medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, and nursing home cases in 2006 when she joined the firm of Masterson, Hoag, and Smith. In 2021 she joined Weston Smith when he opened this firm, Weston Smith Law.

Heather has a strong passion for helping those who have suffered irreversible injury and quickly builds a strong rapport with her clients and their families, many who have remained in contact years after their cases have resolved.
